DomusVesta General Terms and Conditions

1.1 This Platform is owned and operated by DomusVesta Ltd (Company No. 16400876).

1.2 All content including software, interface, text, graphics, branding, design layouts, video, audio, and trademarks are owned by DomusVesta or its licensors.

1.3 No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

2.1 Users must be aged 18+ and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

2.2 All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and accept full responsibility for all activity carried out under your account.

3.1 DomusVesta is a digital booking and listing marketplace connecting consumers with independent, self-employed providers.

3.2 DomusVesta is not the employer, contractor, agent or manager of any provider.

3.3 All service agreements exist directly between the provider and the customer.

3.4 Responsibility for the quality, outcome, conduct and delivery of services lies solely with the provider.

Users must not:

• engage in illegal, abusive, harmful or fraudulent behaviour
• upload viruses, bots, malware, or attempt security breaches
• impersonate individuals, falsify identity or misrepresent affiliation
• use the Platform for defamatory, discriminatory or unethical activities
• extract data or content for commercial replication

Misconduct may result in suspension or termination without notice.

5.1 DomusVesta does not take commission on work performed.

5.2 All job payments are handled directly between household and provider.

5.3 DomusVesta only charges a subscription fee for Platform access (where applicable).

5.4 DomusVesta is not responsible for non-payments, late payments or disputes relating to third-party financial agreements.

6.1 DomusVesta provides a structured dispute process but is not liable for final outcomes.

6.2 Users agree to cooperate fully and provide evidence where requested.

6.3 Ratings and reviews must be fair, honest and based on real interactions.

6.4 DomusVesta reserves the right to moderate, delete or restrict accounts, listings or feedback if abuse or manipulation is suspected.

7.1 The Platform may contain third-party content and external website links.

7.2 DomusVesta holds no responsibility for accuracy, safety or policies of external sites.

7.3 Accessing third-party services is at the user's sole risk.

8.1 All information on the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8.2 DomusVesta makes no guarantee regarding:

• uninterrupted access
• error-free functionality
• completeness or accuracy of content
• suitability of providers or services booked

Users engage providers at their own risk.

DomusVesta shall not be liable for:

• loss of business, income, revenue or data
• indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• personal outcomes of services delivered by providers
• service disruption beyond our reasonable control

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the user (if any) within the preceding 12 months.

DomusVesta may suspend or permanently terminate accounts where:

• misuse, fraud, platform abuse or policy breach occurs
• illegal or harmful activities are suspected
• user verification, cooperation or compliance is refused

Users may request account closure at any time.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be handled only through the jurisdiction of UK courts.
